CBC proves again it’s hard leaning biased reporting by protecting a criminal 24-year-old Muslim man named Omid Ghaffouri.
A 24-year-old man by the name of Omid Ghaffouri has been charged with uttering threats against worshippers at a mosque in London, Ontario, reports Global News.
The outlet states police have charged Ghaffouri with uttering threats of death or bodily harm, disturbing religious worship or certain meetings, and failing to leave premises when directed.
Officials at the mosque where the crimes occurred have issued a statement via Facebook that says the Ghaffouri entered the mosque seeking “food and assistance.”
Worshippers reportedly gave him food but he grew angry and “made threats to those present.”
The mosque’s statement declares that the crime is not being treated as one motivated by hate.
While a number of outlets – including Global News and The Hamilton Spectator – made mention of Ghaffouri’s name, Canada’s public broadcaster, the CBC, did not in its online report of his arrest.
The article simply refers to the perp as “a 24-year-old man.”
It may not seem like much but many, including Rebel Media’s Ezra Levant and his Twitter followers, have called the CBC – which leans heavily left – out and are apparently accusing the outlet of omitting the detail to push its narrative.
